The 3-Month Nutrition Program ($495) Covers:
Advanced Metabolic Typing Test
This is an online test created and patented by William Wolcott, the “father” of Metabolic Typing. It contains 150 questions focused on your individual diet, physical, and psychological traits. You will be given a web link by your Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor to access the test.
Metabolic Typing Assessment Report
You and your Advisor will go over the report and what it means for you.
Metabolic Typing Nutrition Plan
It starts with identifying and integrating the right foods and nutrients ideal for your Metabolic Type into your every day eating.
Supplements recommendations
Like your food, the supplements will also have to match your unique metabolic makeup. When used in conjunction with the appropriate diet, they will expedite the process of bringing your body back into balance.
Besides, supplements are important for three other reasons:
1. The American diet is high on processed foods and low on the nutrients available in natural, whole foods.
2. Modern lifestyles, stress, and environmental pollutants have contributed to an increased need for supplemental nutrients.
3. Intensive monoculture farming practices have depleted the soil of nutrients. Studies have shown that today’s produce contains fewer nutrients than the same fruits and vegetables 50 years ago, making supplements an essential component of any nutrition program.
Lifestyle recommendations
How you live is as important as what you eat. It doesn’t make sense to put all that effort into eating well if you’re not living a healthy lifestyle, does it?
Your Personal Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor
In the nutrition program, you will learn to set achievable health goals, gain cooking tips and recipes, and discover how to eat for your Metabolic Type when you are on the road and on the go.
Through the process you will discover that your food cravings dissolve, that simple lifestyle changes are possible, that your state of mind can be one of calm and peace instead of stress and anxiety, and that the awareness you bring to your eating and your body leads to spillover improvements in your life from personal relationships to communication.
Your Advisor will offer nonjudgmental support and guidance while you learn how to use food as a means to achieve optimal health. Your Advisor will guide you through the fine-tuning process of determining the right balance of food and nutrients for your body. The unlimited phone and email support is available to you during business hours throughout your three-month long program.
Supplemental Tests
Each test kit costs $95 and includes a consultation with your Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor to reveal your test result. The test kit includes instructions on how to obtain the relevant blood, saliva, stool, or urine samples. With the exception of blood tests, all other tests can be done at the convenience of your home or office. Separate from the test kit cost is the lab fee to be paid directly to the lab when you mail in your test kit.
The following are some of the more important diagnostic tests:
