Carol's nutrition workshops are extremely educational and informative. Last year, I made a decision to feel better, but I struggled with how to achieve my goal. Intellectually, like many, I understood what the components of good health were; yet throughout my life, I failed to care for myself. Fortunately, a friend recommended Carol Chuang.
