Goals
The goals of your personalized health counseling program are to radically improve your life, resolve concerns specific to you and your body, and to provide you with lifetime tools to achieve and maintain a balanced life. We will work together to find the right foods for your body and to balance primary food - the areas of your life that feed you on the deepest levels. This unique approach will change you and help you attain what you have been searching for in life.

We will meet for two one-hour sessions every month, either in person or over the phone whichever fits your schedule. You will receive articles on wellness, food samples, and healthy recipes. My job is to provide nonjudgmental support and guidance so that you will find your ultimate path to a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
In our free initial consultation we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals.
